Your responsibilities
- Increasing the share of wallet amongst key existing customers in the semiconductor lithography market segment by identifying opportunities for placement both within and outside the company’s current portfolio of expertise
- Identifying necessary expansions of expertise to capitalise on opportunities outside the current portfolio of expertise
- Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen existing relationships with existing customers, i.e.
- beyond commercial contacts to include, for example, R&D, engineering, production, etc.
- at both national and international levels (EU)
- Independently negotiating major projects and contracts, as well as preparing and conducting management meetings
- Budget planning
- Working closely with the technical departments (development, production, procurement, logistics, service, etc.) as well as the tendering department and the internal sales team
- Representing the company on committees, at trade fairs and in dealings with industry associations
Your profile
- A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable subject
- Several years’ sales experience and in-depth knowledge of the target market
- Confident handling of price and contract negotiations
- A keen understanding of customer needs, combined with the demeanour and personality of a networker
- Very good written and spoken German and English
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work, coupled with strong communication skills
